Goa AIC 2026: Venue, Programme, Facilities and Important Arrangements
The venue for the upcoming All India Conference (AIC) has been finalised as Goa, with the conference scheduled to be held from 26 September to 27 September 2026. The official notification is expected to be issued by tomorrow. The proposed arrangements are aimed at ensuring a comfortable, well-organised and memorable conference for all participating members.
🌴 Proposed Programme
26 September 2026 – Conference Day
- Check-in will be arranged in the morning, subject to hotel availability, as regular check-in is in the afternoon.
- Full-day CWC Meeting and Conference from morning until 8:00 PM.
- 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Lunch – Veg & Non-Veg
- 4:00 PM: High Tea with Snacks
- 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Gala Dinner – Veg & Non-Veg
27 September 2026 – Open Session
- Morning Breakfast
- Open Session up to 1:30 PM
- 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Lunch – Veg & Non-Veg
- Afternoon session and continuation of the meeting
- 4:00 PM: High Tea with Snacks
- 8:30 PM – 10:30 PM: Dinner – Veg & Non-Veg
28 September 2026 – Check-out
- Morning Breakfast
- Check-out by 11:00 AM
🏨 Proposed Hotel Facilities
The proposed accommodation is a 4-Star Hotel on a triple-sharing basis, located near the famous Baga Beach, approximately 1.5 km from the beach.
The proposed facilities include:
- Comfortable accommodation for three persons per room
- Swimming pool facilities for participants
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner and high tea/snacks at the hotel
- Professional centrally air-conditioned conference hall
- Conference hall offering a good view of Goa
- Lounge/refreshment area in front of the conference hall
- Alternative arrangements near the swimming pool in case of rain, including two bar arrangements
💰 Estimated Expenditure
The estimated overall expenditure for the proposed Goa arrangements is approximately ₹19.75 lakh, excluding petty expenditure.
The final delegation fee may be revised if the number of delegates increases, and the revised amount will be communicated to the members through the group.
✈️ Travel Arrangements
Members travelling by air are requested to preferably select Manohar Parrikar International Airport (GOX), which is comparatively closer to the proposed venue and may offer convenient travel arrangements.
For return journeys also, members may preferably choose flights originating from GOX.
🚆 Railway Travel
Members travelling by train are requested to preferably select Thivim Railway Station (THVM), which is approximately 7 km from the proposed venue.
The alternative railway station is Madgaon (MAO).
Members are therefore requested to select Thivim (THVM) as the preferred arrival and departure railway station wherever feasible.
🚌 Road Travel
Members travelling by road may choose Mapusa Bus Stand as their destination.
📌 Important Instructions for Members
- Circle Secretaries are requested to finalise the number of delegates by 05 September 2026 and intimate the count for making necessary arrangements.
- Circle Secretaries may collect the applicable delegate fee from delegates and transfer the same to the Maharashtra Circle.
- CHQ Members and Circle Secretaries are not required to pay delegation fees; however, the concerned Circle will contribute as decided.
- Members arriving early or staying back may have the option of accommodation in IQ/Holiday Home on a sharing basis.
- The Host Circle will arrange the facility of paid bikes at the hotel for members who wish to undertake local sightseeing.
- A spreadsheet will be shared in the group for collecting details of CHQ Members, delegates and Circle Secretaries, along with their travel plans and copies of Aadhaar and other required details, to facilitate advance arrangements.
- In case of an increase in the number of delegates, the Host Circle will revise the delegation fee accordingly and communicate the revised amount to the group.
- The venue location and spreadsheet will be shared by tomorrow.
