The revised plan aims to streamline the process, ensure timely administrative actions, and facilitate a smooth transfer cycle for Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) across postal divisions.
Revised Schedule of Activities
The Department has announced the following updated timelines:

Instructions to Postal Circles and CEPT
All Chief Postmasters General and all concerned administrative units are instructed to strictly adhere to these timelines. The circular clearly states that no further changes in the schedule will be entertained.
Further, the Centre for Excellence in Postal Technology (CEPT), Bengaluru has been advised to ensure that the GDS online transfer portal remains fully functional as per the revised dates. This is essential for enabling divisions and GDS employees to complete their transfer-related tasks smoothly.
