How to Access POSB E-Passbook

Step 1: Open the Service in Dak Sewa App

Open the Dak Sewa App and go to the ‘Services’ section.

Select ‘POSB E-Passbook’ from the list of available services.

Login Process

Step 2: Enter Any Mobile Number

Provide any valid 10-digit mobile number.

A 6-digit OTP will be sent to this number for initial verification.

Step 3: Verify with the First OTP

Enter the OTP received on your mobile to complete the first-step authentication.

Accessing Your POSB Account

Step 4: Provide Account Details

Enter your POSB Account Number.

This should match the account for which you want to view the passbook.

Step 5: Verify with the Second OTP

A second OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number linked with your POSB account.

Enter this OTP to complete the login.
