The registration process for admission to Class I for the Academic Session 2024-25 is set to commence from April 1st, 2024, at 10:00 AM, through the online portal. Prospective parents and guardians are encouraged to complete the registration by April 15th, 2024, at 05:00 PM. Offline Registration for Class II Onwards:
For admissions to Class II onwards, the registration will be conducted offline, subject to the availability of vacancies. The offline registration process will adhere to the Admission Schedule 2024-25 provided by KVS. Principals of Kendriya Vidyalayas will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of offline admissions.
Special Considerations for Newly Opened KVs:
Newly opened Kendriya Vidyalayas established until February 2024 will follow a specific admission protocol. Class I admissions will be conducted online through the OLA Portal, while admissions for other classes will be offline. The full strength of 32 students per section will be admitted to these newly established KVs.
Document Verification and Scrutiny:
To maintain the integrity of the admission process, Principals of Kendriya Vidyalayas are directed to meticulously scrutinize all documents submitted during the admission process. Instances of submission of fake documents or discrepancies in age verification have necessitated this stringent verification process.
Admissions in KVs with Balvatika Classes:
For Kendriya Vidyalayas offering Balvatika classes, certain provisions have been made to facilitate the admission process. Students from Balvatika-III will be automatically promoted to Class I.
