It has come to the notice of this office that some Service Associations are taking membership authorisation letters from their existing members every year. While according to the rules the authorisation letters to be submitted for alteration, withdrawal and inclusion of new members only in the month of April of each year. In this regard please refer to the department's letter dated 18.07.2023 and it is further clarified that kindly consider the authorisation letter of only those members who have submitted for the same for change, alteration, withdrawal or inclusion of new membership in any Association in accordance vide letter No.18/03/2011-SR dated 25.07.2011(copy enclosed).
