Kindly refer to this Directorate DO No. 63-01/2022-11 dated 08-06-2022 wherein discontinuation of Book Adjustment Info PLI premia collected through salary deduction from Other Ministries has been conveyed and all Non-Postal PAO/DDOs were directed to remit the PLI recovery amount through Cheque/EFT to the mapped CPCs nearest HPO The matter was examined at this office and it is to convey that the earlier procedure of Book Adjustment to PLI premia recovered through salary deduction from Other Ministries shall continue.
As such, it is kindly requested to convey the same to all the PAOS /DDOS of Other Ministries / Departments under your jurisdiction and direct them for continuation of Book Adjustment /r/o PL.I premia recovered through salary deduction
All CPCS/ HPOs may also be kindly instructed for obtaining monthly PLI recovery schedules from the non-postal PAOS /DDOS under them and ensure updation of policies in a timely manner. Procedure of updation of PLI pay policies by CPCs HPOs will continue as was before discontinuation of Book Adjustment
