    How IPPB GPG Term Insurance different from PLI/RPLI (Postal Life Insurance)?

    Step by Step process to enroll IPPB GPG Term Insurance by DOP (Post Office) End User (GDS, Postman, Postal Assistant): 

    IPPB user logs in to MATM application using user ID and password 

    Select Insurance tab present on home screen or by clicking on top most button on right 

    Search customer through scanning IPPB card QR code/Account No. OR Aadhar No. OR Mobile No. 

    Kindly provide your consent by clicking “I confirm”. Post accepting, authenticate the customer using “fingerprint” OR “eye scan” option 

    Post customer’s authentication , “Product type” & “Service provider” need to be selected 

    For login of new proposal, select “Buy Now” option and select Product from the list and click on “Submit” to proceed 

    Enter Customer’s Basic details – Full Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Pin code, Age 

    Enter all the details asked for the Policy 

    On customer’s agreement with Benefit Illustration, user shall proceed through “Buy Now” option for data entry of proposal form. 

    Data Entry should be done for the proposal form using Life Insured’s details. 

    Non-editable Product and Bank Account details 

    Clicking on “Validate Form”, BALIC rule engine to validate proposal form filled up 

    Clicking on “Validate Form”, BALIC rule engine to validate proposal form filled up 

    Click on “Proceed” for redirection back to MATM app for premium payment. Transaction details shall be displayed on screen for confirmation post redirecting to MATM application of IPPB 

    Message for confirmation of premium payment to be displayed on screen
