Implementation of revised GDS online engagement process and notification of GDS vacancies w.e.f 11.03.2022.
This is regarding implementation of the revised GDS online engagement process.
informed that the Competent Authority has decided to go live for notification of GDS vacancy w.e.f 11.03.2022 through revised GDS online engagement process.
3. Inthis context, all the HOCs are requested to ensure the completion of the following tasks
i) (Circles must process and finalize pending requests for Limited Transfer before
Notification of vacancies.
(Circles must ensure the configuration of correct recognized Educational Boards in
consultation with CEPT before notifications of vacancies.
(ii) Circles must complete/finalize conducting of CCE and review of Compassionate cases by conducting special CCE before notifications of vacancies,
(iii) Vacancies must be uploaded by Divisions before schedule i.e. 09.03.2022 in consultation With CEPT well in time as per revised model notification so that the schedule is adhered to.
(iv) Vacancies already notified/in pipeline under Cycle 2nd and Cycle 3 of GDS online
engagement process shall be continued until completion of one year from declaration of result of until exhaustion of panel of 5 candidates. In case, panel of 5 candidate Is exhausted or one year of declaration of result is completed, these vacancies must be taken in calculation for notification
(v) Circles shall calculate Division wise vacancies well in advance and upload through the link already given by CEPT for the revised GDS online engagement process and will intimate to this
Directorate by 09.03.2022.
(vi) certificate by DPS (HQ) for completion of above preparatory works alongwith total
Division wise vacancies to be notified may be furnished to this Directorate by 09.03.22.
(vii) HOCs may issue suitable instructions to all concerned immediately.
