Minutes of the Periodical Meeting held on 02.1 2.2021 at 11 :00 AM with Non-Federated Recognized Service Associations and AII India Gramin Dak Sewak Union under the Chairmanship of DGPS. A meeting under the chairmanship of sh. Alok sharma, DGPS with Non-Federated Service Associations and All India Gramin Dak Sevaks Union (AIGDSU) was held on 02-12-2021 in Dak Bhawan, New Delhi. the following officers and representatives of the respective Associations attended the meeting:
Federation/Associations present in the meeting. Director. General Postal Services, in his introductory remarks, appreciated the role of the Service Associations in the Department.
3. A presentation was made by DDG (P) on various orders issued related to staff matters during last two years followed by discussion on agenda items.
4. The representatives of the Federation/Associations appreciated the Department for arranging Periodical Meeting and action taken by the' Department in past two years. during COVID-19 pandemic.
The Division-wise details of discussions on agenda items along with decision taken is enclosed at Annexure 'A'.
5. Concluding the meeting, Sh. Vineet Pandey, Secretary (Posts) & Chairper6on (Postal Service Board) addressed the gathering and underlined the importance-e. of such Periodical Meetings. The meeting ended with a vote of thanks to all present.
