Digital Life Certificate (Jeevan Pramaan ) Digital Life Certificate is a biometric enabled digital service for pensioners. Through this facility the pensioners need not visit office of Pension department or pension disbursing agency (Bank,Treasury etc) for submission of Life Certificate Pensioners of Central Government, State Government , EPFO/EPS or other Govt. organization can take benefit of this facility through IPPB Micro ATM. They can also avail this service at their doorstep through our GDS/Postmen .
About Digital Life Certificate service: - This service will be offered to IPPB as well as Non IPPB customers. This service is available ONLY on MATM. Customer may be serviced at India Post counters (through MATM) or by the GDS/Postmen at their doorstep. The End user need to do a one-time registration in the DLC Application for profile creation( Aadhar No, Mobile no,Email-ID is required) Digital Life Certificate issuance is a quick 3-4 minute process and certificate is generated instantly. On successful completion a Pramaan ID is generated and sms will be shared with pensioner by NIC directly.
A pensioner may note the Pramaan ID from the MATM screen post transaction completion. Additionally, an enquiry option is also available to retrieve Pramaan ID for successful transactions from MATM. Once pensioner’s Pramaan ID is generated, he/she may download the Digital Life Certificate using the following the link https://jeevanpramaan.gov.in/ppouser/login. Bank will charge Nominal fees of Rs. 70 (inclusive of GST) for each successful DLC generation.
No doorstep charges are levied for IPPB or Non IPPB customers. Information required - Aadhar no of pensioner - Mobile no - PPO Number - Name of Pension sanctioning/Disbursing authority - Bank Account no (pension account)
