PNOP Stabilizations of Operation ( Tallying of Abstract, Fixing of responsibility , Customer satisfaction): 2019

Division office will be closing monitor of errors issued & action taken to reduce the instances. 

Once report received of presumptive loss , which are identified non recovery, DO will be recover amount within 45 days from the day of discrepancy. 

DO will maintain register of presumptive loss. 

 DO will ensure physical check through inspecting officer by visiting PH/TMO. 

 DO will be initiate enquiry if any office frequently defaulting instances
