Division office will be closing monitor of errors issued & action taken to reduce the instances.
Once report received of presumptive loss , which are identified non recovery, DO will be recover amount within 45 days from the day of discrepancy.
DO will maintain register of presumptive loss.
DO will ensure physical check through inspecting officer by visiting PH/TMO.
DO will be initiate enquiry if any office frequently defaulting instances
