This is regarding filling up of vacancies to the cadre of HSG I (General line) (Postal).
2. The DPC for selection to the cadre of HSG I (General/ Line) {Postal) for the vacancy year 2022 will be held shortly.
3. Divisions concerned shall prepare assessment sheet in enclosed proforma & forward Special report along with attested copies of APARS for five years 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018- 19, 2019-20 and 2020-21 to Regional Office, in respect of all the eligible HSG II officials, those who have completed 5 years in HSG I cadre as on 31.03.2022 including notional promotion. Regional offices shall scrutinize the same and send it to Circle office in one lot arranged according to seniority. special reports received directly from the Divisions shall not be entertained.
