 For Online PLI/RPLI premium payment failed problem where the premium amount has been deducted from the customer bank account but the premium paid date is not get updated in McCamish System, then kindly send email through PLI CPC to CO Mumbai :- plimumbai1@gmail.com & CC to your Dn./RO to take up the matter with Sansad Marg Head Post Office, New Delhi email id srpmsmho-dl@indiapost.gov.in (Nodal Office for Online Premium Collection all India) for complete the said Online Transaction OR Refund the amount to insurant immediately.
